Has it really been 50 years since that memorable night? We played Cardinal Dougherty at Lincoln H.S. It was a playoff game to see who went to the playoffs. As a member of that team of '59, I could not believe the PASSION that was displayed by RCHS students. I had chills going down my spine. (Could that be why I played poorly?) We lost to CD on the court but no matter how large their student body was, we won the student battle. Now... do you rcognize any of our classmates in that crowd?? And how did those young ladies get in the front row?? Is that Larry Cos I see, and Jimmy Quinn?? Who else can we find? Coach McMenamin is coming to the dinner to thank all of you for supporting us. Rumor has it Chalie #26 is trying to set up a rematch. Remember "click" on the picture to enlarge it.

It's easy to recognize some others - it was a great night except for the eventual outcome !

JWeb named all the ones I could see but I would like to add Bob Swift and "Pee Wee" Malloy. Also, the girls in the front are Ann Marie Hannon, Amy Burns and Patty O'Connor. I think Amy from St. Columba's was at every BB game we played, home and away.
I would add Dizzy Delaney and Richard Brendly.I don't think I am in the picture ,Jake-but I was there.I remember Kliney had those of us on the stage crew put together banners spelling out each players's name.Dizzy and Swift just sent in their reunion forms today.Larry
